FS-OPS .90 15cc motor (Black head)

I have for sale an OPS .90 15 cc motor. Had it in a Sprint Cat and it moved. Boat is not included in the sale. Will include the pipe and mounts. Also has 3rd channel needle adjustment. Pic is below. Motor has only had 2 tanks of nitro thru it. Still virtually brand new. Asking 200.00 plus shipping. I have posted a bit on Jim's RC boat dock but I heard this is the nitro place.

Can you estimate shipping to 37343. Flat rate priority mail is preferred. With insurance, it should be a maximum of about $12.00 or so in the USA ($8.95 + insurance, but you have to use one of their boxes). You state that the motor, pipe, and mount is included; but does it also include the needle? Also, has the motor had any port work or other mods done to it? Condition of bearings and compression? I'm very interested and will take it if it has not been cut on and the needle is included. How would you like payment, paypal OK?
