Just got back from shipping them (you left me 10 min to get 'em out in todays mail!!!! )- its 2 day guaranteed - so you'll have 'em Thursday - PM me if you want the tracking #. They were well-built - just seal em and your good to go.

Best wishes!
thank you so much. seal them with epoxy correct ??
Yes, they'll need to be sealed w/epoxy (apply with a card or anything that'll act like a squeegee, let dry and scrap to a smooth finish w/a razor blade)... good to go.

BTW Give credit where credit is due: Rod did Zach (crazycat or was it Rozyflash???) a favor, who in turn sent me an extra free pipe, asking me to help when I had the chance; then there is the motor work Rod did for free (and countless hrs answering my dumb questions), or the free fins TM from Terry Munn (tmunn),.... Larry Conrad, Glenn Q, Mike Hallam, Ron Z Jr, Martin Truex.... and list goes on. Alot of REALLY great people - so I dont deserve any recogition.... these guys have been helping for yrs!
That’s the greatest part of this site. It’s the ability to share our experiences and help each other out. :D

Thanks,

Zach

I know what tyPe of hardware, engine, prop.

What type of flex shaft I have to have with this rigger ?and where would I mount a 3rd channel mixture valve.

While everyone's on the subject of ff.12's and hardware.... what is everyone using for fuel tanks? and if i went with metal how much would it cost?thanks

Andrew Grenier
Walt Barneys metal tanks for FF .12'S are $55 (nickel plated/zince plated - dont remember  ) or $65 (stainless version - doesnt rust). Has a built in hopper inside the tank I think he said? Anyhow, I one of his happy customers! ;)

Julian,

Cripes!!! They got there already? You must have FRIENDS in hi places!

Anyhow, I have a .150 flexcable mounted to a 3/16" propshaft but it seems the general concensus is a .130 flexshaft is stronger/better. Mine is getting wet for the 1st time tommorrow!!!! Would post pics (have tried) but I think my file sizes are too large.... gets 1/2way and stops uploading.
