According to Bob Johnson the rear of the Coors Dry boat was the same as the Excide.

Sam,
We have got a really good propeller set up for the two wing boats.
Bert Dygert and Teddy Dudley run them here in District # 2.
They have tested many of the newest ABC three blades on them
and we are getting some good numbers back from testing.
That is one of my all time favorite 1/8th Scale boats.
A good friend of mine made one right after the real one hit the water.

Sam email me later today. I have tons of pics of it since I have the 8401 Exide. I was going to build the 2 wing version at one point and opted to use that hull for my Circus fleet instead

Not to carry your thread off track Sam , but reading again what Rrray typed made me realize how much of a resource we lost when Bob passed. He was amazing with the amount of knowledge and documentation he possessed . I know several of you guys had a large amount of his files given too you, has there ever been any thought in putting it all in " one place " that could be shared and enjoyed by all here ??
