Is the 8401 Exide with the canard(shown in the video Mike posted) the one you want? I've found several videos on Youtube with that boat shown. If you want the Coors Dry hull I posted about above, I've found nothing on it other than the picture I linked above

Apparently it had 2 different exhaust tubes.

There were two different boats, one with and one without the canard. The boat with the canard, originally the turbine Atlas/Miller American hull, had an upward turned exhaust while the boat without the canard, originally the Coor's Dry, had a bent exhaust pointed straight back along the deck. Just a bit more info, both boats were sponsored by Circus Circus Casinos for part of the 1993 season. While I don't remember all the details, the Circus Circus sponsorship was pulled half way through the season, after which the boats were stored in the shop and the doors locked. IIRC, Circus Circus was barred from sponsoring an unlimited again, though that may no longer apply since that was through the APBA and not H-1

Looking more towards the Exide boat. It has a exhaust flush with the top deck and it also has a extended exhaust pipe.

So you're looking for the 92 Coors hull. That means any shot with the upturned exhaust and checkerboarded canard are not the boat you're looking for. You want this one:

I have a picture of the one I want. It's the 94. Flush exhaust pipe with the top deck. Im just looking for more real photos of it.

I used to run that one Samuel... Never had good pics of the actual boat though. Hard to find pics of the stubby exhaust version. I expect it ran only briefly.

Anyway, as much as I loved the boat, I'll never build it again... That paint job is murder man!
