yeah, but try tracking a deer in that...... . i loved growing up & living in fla. for 45 years, but the heat & humidity just got to where it ate my lunch the older i got. i do miss some parts of it, but not that part. that & having 4 distinct seasons seems more "natural" to me. unlike fla., where you have just 2 seasons, hot summer & hotter summer <_< . this was our first snow of the season, & yes it is a pain sometimes - but like the wife said this morning when she looked outside "ohhhh, it's all norman rockwell & shxt"  .

Yeah, warm weather is ok but I can't stand high humidity. Especially since year round humidity and warmth also brings along enormous insects.

to say nothing of mold & mildew. no closet drying rods needed here in n. va., no more ruined leather saddles or horse tack, either :D . also gets cold enough to kill the weeds & underbrush, ever try hunting in ty ty thickets? i damn sure don't miss that.........

Julian, you've spent too long playing in the sand box to appreciate the finer parts of winter, i.e. snowbunnies on the ski slopes, snuggling with a special someone in front of a fire and sipping on hot buttered rum or hot chocolate while the snow falls outside or, best of all, calling in to work and letting the boss know you can't get there due to the roads and weather followed by going out to the shop and working on the boats. It don't get any better than that B)

Fishing in shorts on Christmas Day, running boats year round, more clubs within a twenty minute ride than anywhere in the country, the grill doesnt have an off season......I could go on-

Did I mention I had to turn the AC on today

Sorry, snow looks great on post cards.

That's why I am moving to Tennessee, yes the is a little snow there once in a while, but you don't have to shovel it. :) :)

Robin.. Andy doesn't do cold. If it gets below 75 I wonder if he'll freeze putting up a dish on someone's roof. :D

Andy, we have the same grill. But not for long. Wife is getting a new gas grill for Christmas.

Gen 3 OMC testing soon. You might be wanting to switch teams again.
