Eurmax Canopies - Ordering Troubles

Has anyone else had issues with ordering from Eurmax lately? When I bought my first canopy from them they were super responsive and I got my custom canopy in about 10 days. Now I am working with the General Sales manager and it has taken me 5 months to get a canopy ordered and waiting over 30 days for it to arrive? I am just curious if it's just my luck on this one deal or a general trend with them now?

I ordered one just before going south to the VooDoo race and got my canopy within a couple of weeks. I do know they've had supply chain issues like many others.
