Does anyone here know of/or is running a F41 cat with a 90~101 engine?

Its a long shot...

Looking for prop advice.. tested 1667 4.5" cup, H-50 stock, 63mm ABC 3 blade from Ron Buck. All ran like crap!

All too big I'd say. I ran an 84 Mac in an Insane and ran x452-x457/3, use a smaller prop and turn the pee-pee out of it.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING

Have been using gas props on my CMB101RS powered Conqwest. It pulls 6719's and 7016's great running 70-75 MPH.

It really likes the Voodoo XX Tater. Had originally thought I needed smaller props and set it up with the reduced 3/16 propshaft.

I tried every # Octura from 462-472 & 1667, little Voodoo and others . They were all to small.

Tommy... Strykers are pretty picky about props. When it comes to gas in them, most tend to like X472/2, 6518/3, 6717/3 and 7016/2's for heat racing.

Id start low with like a pitched up X467/2.. if thats not enough work your way up to maybe a modded X670/2 if you can pull that kind of pitch. Or try a 6516/3, maybe a cut down 2716/2.

Try a Chris mod 2716 15* or 20*, best cat prop around but make sure your cat has the high CG setup as 34-35%, I will be going back there next month with my rebuild Insane mono, Is there still lots of **** ducks floating around..LOL

The 6717/3 will be bring you lots of fun. The Overton pond is much better to run boats even good for if you have a 100mph nitro rigger.
