Wow! That was fun! We had a huge turnout for our second point race of the season. The Twin Cities Model Boat Club would like to thank everyone that traveled near and far to join us at Nicols Pond, and we hope to see you all again on July 15th for Point race # 3. :)

Thanks guys for a great time.

I was nice to see the Nitro, gas and FE mix going down and with full grace!. I saw tons of hand shakes!

Lets do it again next year.

Grim

I would also like to thank you guy's for inviting us electric guy's up. Funny how I did my best in a nitro class. Had fun meeeting new people.

Hi Jeff, It was nice to meet you. Scores should be posted in a couple of days on the TCMBC site. I have been tied up with familey stuff and have not tallied everything up and sent it to are webmasters yet.

Ok time for round two of this race. The 2013 edition is on June 23rd. We have 35 boats signed up already. Go here to sign up and/or see what classes will make the cut. As you can see above we had a great time last year even though the rain cut it short.

BBBRRRR. It's been chilly up here. Where's all that Iowa heat? Mike? Marty? Rodney? Butch? Rich? Wally?

Great day of racing we had on Sunday. It started out wet when we left the house. But the rain was done before we even needed to get out of our vehicles. To bad you could not get out of bed and make that super long 20 mile drive down to see us Larry. 45 hydro's where hot hot hot. So was the D tunnel action. You missed out.

Funny guy. There was a hail storm going on when I was ready to load up at 6 AM. Still thunder storming at 7. when I decided to stay home. I won't be making the 38 mile drive to the next one either. Have a great season.

That's too bad. You need to stop listening to the mainstreem meteorologist on the local news and get a **** app for that phone so you can see the radar without all the hype. It really was a great day of racing. See ya next year, maybe.

I don't have a tv, or internet on my phone. But I do have cracked windshield and a bunch of dents in my truck from the hail. I'm sorry you guys are making such a big deal out of me not attending your race. They are just toy boats, get over it.

Larry

Larry we are just razzin ya dude chill out. You sure called me a fair weather boater last year when I skipped out an a 100+ degree race day, and I get sick from the heat vary easily. Just ribbin ya back.

That was an awesome time. I can't thank everyone enough for all of the help, especially Grim for helping setup my tunnel and for coaching me with the P-Limited Mono races. I think my legs are still quivering.
