Deans ultra connectors ?

Does any one know if motor cleaning spray or brake cleaner have any effect on the plastic of the Deans ultra connector?I was thinking of using these on my ss-1 motors instead of the pricy Astro zero loss connectors.

Hi,

I haven't had problems with brake clean on the Deans but I haven't cleaned a pair enough to know long term effects.
