Custom Engine Rods

I know I've seen posts about people doing it here and there, but who could make a custom rod for my engine? Disatisfied with the durability of the stock rod in my engine and has already cost me a motor with relatively low run time so I'm looking to upgrade to something sturdier in my replacement engine. Any help would be much appreciated.
