Why can't it be used on the 21 size motors?

If your concerned about the power could you not just use a pack that is less voltage?

Kind of wondering if you could use a 6 volt pack with out damaging the starter thought it had a little to much punch I think it could bend a rod if tried to start a flooded motor

You can use 2S LIPO whis out any changes. It will slow down starter. It is bad idea to start flooded motor - flash it out and start. Boris
