If this post is in the wrong spot, I do apologise.

Hi all,
I purchased a Chinese Heng Long Atlantic super yacht recently and will be upgrading all electrics to brushless.
Will be fine detailing the boat too, which should look pretty awesome when completed.
It's quite a well detailed 70cm model but the electrics let it down totally:-
2 x 380 brushed motors, a weird esc that controls prop rpm, for turning left and right and a standard 1800mah Ni cad battery. No controllable rudder as such, it's basically a small rudder that acts like a trim.
I think the props are 30 something millimeters in dia.
Top speed a blistering 20-25kmh : )

This is what I'm looking at upgrade:-
2 x brushless 2838 motors (3500kV???)...I want her to get up and go of course (put a grin on your face) but I'm not after insane speeds.
2 x 70-80amp esc (more than enough but a lot safer, if I understand rightly).
Will be Installing rudder and servo set up.
Possibly a mixer for motor, rudder mix on turns.....(OR can I used my tx to do this???).

BATTERY..Please help here, I'm not really sure which lipo to install???

Am I in the ball park with the above choices?
What sort of performance should I expect?

Thank you very much for your help, cheers ET.
