I have no idea if anybody gives a hoot but I collect plastic drag racing models.

This is one I build (10 days and 22 hours) for a contest our company (Hobbico) is having. Its an employee contest.

 

For those of you that follow me on Facebook you have seen the build underway. If not... Here it is finished!

Very Cool Grim. How much is part kit, how much is part kit bashed?

Its 100 percent Revell kit, no kit bashing. The plug wires were an add-on.. (Hobby Lobby plastic cord)

The case is of course is added as well as the details regarding that.

my buddy n I used to help a guy with a top fuel car it was called James Gang

mostly tracks in the mid west seen that flopper n a hole bunch of others run and u guys thought Hobart was fun at night !!

I turn in the entry today at around 4pm.. judging is Wed mid day. Winners will be annouced on Thursday.

I added a broom to the display.. pics when I get home!

Well how about that.. I got me in win in the Advanced class.

Our very own I waters Adam Wellman also made the show but did not place.. I do have to say however he did a super job on this model.
