Our race in WI is looking for a CD.

Roundtrip airfare (continental US) and lodging and meals provided. A laid back, well-run, NAMBA sanctioned race.

We have a couple of racers to fill in if you want to race a few classes and lots of support on logistics.

Email me at [email protected] if you are interested.

We can use IMPBA members because we'd cover the cost of a NAMBA membership. Grimracer CD'd our first race (before we sanctioned).

because they are a NAMBA club and 99% of the fe racers around him are NAMBA

I saw this quote on RRR by Glenn Quarles....

"GB, in IMPBA there are no "brush" or "brushless" classes"

Talk about out of touch.....geez.

Steve the CD test is on the IMPBA web site http://www.impba.net  just fill it in and mail it me.  I was wondering why is this race a NAMBA sanctioned race and not an IMPBA sanctioned event?

I was just trying to find out why they have a CD problem and would even use an IMPBA member for a CD especially when as you state they are all NAMBA members. As for Glen's quote I am not sure where you pulled it from.but I know we do have a Fast Electric Director that knows what classes IMPBA has. and that is why we have that position.

Which by the way the position is up for nomination this year. Are you interested? So far I think Randall is running un-opposed?

I would have been interested in the past. I have a business and two more family members now.

Bill, there are no active FE IMPBA programs in the Midwest that I am aware of.

I am a member of both organizations, but I can't see trying to build an IMPBA program when, as Steve indicated, 99% of the active FE racing in the country is NAMBA sanctioned.

We don't "have a CD problem", we'd simply rather have an outsider take on the roll.
