In case you are not aware

Andy was just representing USA in the World Championships held in Slovenia, Europe last week.

Andy is now the current World Champion in 20 hydro.

Also, Kjell Gunnar Noddeland from Norway won the 40 hydro title.

The 90 hydro title went to Micke Perttula from Sweden.

All results can be found at

2004 World Championship

Best regards,

Stein

Congrats to the winners B)

Anders,

I was surprised to see you didn't figure in the results - I take it things weren't going well for you?

Tim.

Tim, you need luck and i didn`t have that at all this time :( .

Everything that could go bad went bad....

Started 1½ week before the worlds with this (pic).

And i had to build a new one in a week......

Ouch! At least you recovered everything. A guy I race against lost everything behind the rear boom when his split.

Better luck to you next year B) How deep is your rudder below the transom - that pic makes it look very deep.

Thanks everyone! The Competition was tough. Four quaulifiying rounds then the top eight boats race four more times. No "easy" heats here.

The X-1 is still in the proto stages. The changes are not extreamly visual.

Jkell of Norway got the Silver with his SGX and Keith Burgess of the UK got the Bronze with his SGX.
