The question now is will it perform any better than the turbine powered Winston did way back when? I remember seeing pictures of it nose up at the dock after a test run

Since it is a "Modified Rigger" it would not be a legal IMPBA Sport 20 or Sport 40.

Nothing modified about it, It's just a rigger. I like it!!!

Wonder if Dan Ellison had a hand in it? He's built 5 Liter/Limited riggers......

I would say it actually is an Ellison hull.
