0% nitro and 60% nitro totally different as far as what will work in eng set up.........................From head to ports to case runner volume carb size and spray bar size........like night and day.

I received the head button in yesterday’s mail. Thank You !

The quality is incredible, what a work of art. I cannot remember

what kind of aluminum to make the head buttons out of ?  I am going 

to visit my friend at the machine shop this week. I like the way 

the cooling fins are machined into the head button top side. Hopefully

our new head buttons will turn out something like this. Amazing Quality !

Our heads are machined from #4032 aluminum. It is very important for the head to be fitted to its cylinder with .0001" to .0002" clearance. Larger amounts can cause detonation problems. All the heads we use for different types of engines are of the double bubble design. All use tapered seat plugs. There is no difference in transfer shapes, cylinder geometries or engine timings. There may be differences in squish band widths, bowl volumes, deck clearances, carburetor bores & crankshaft bores.
