Deck the case so the front housing sits closer to the disc.I have heard this many times about Zimmerman disc engines.
How do you reduce, set rotor clearance on this style engine?

Always used a depth micrometer. I would use silicon carbide sandpaper on a square/glass flat surface, then do figure 8's with equal pressure. I had some 90's that had like .015" clearance - I would take off .010" to .012"..Machining of the case is required?

PISTON/SLEEVES, CRANKS, CASES, FLYWHEELS, COOLING JACKETS, LOTS OF BUTTONS, CAGE NEEDLE BEARINGS....
