No. The RS (red head) liner is .985" OD. The RS EVO liner is 1.017" OD. Pistons are the same.

So, in all reality, the case of the red head RS could be bored out to accept the new EVO liner, correct?

Also, I do have piston/liners for the red head in stock. If you consider boring out the red head for the EVO liner, you still have an old motor. Money may be better spent on just getting a new motor.

Is there an advantage going to the RS Evo sleeve? The Sleeve OD could be turned down to fit the Red case. Also how much are the Red piston/sleeve please?

Yes, the new RS EVO liner is now an 8 port and breathes much better. Some exhaust work on the case is needed for the 3 port exhaust. Price on the red head P/L is $130.
