I have CMB 45 hydro 2005 version, i have run with 20% nitro but engine is very powerless.(prop prather 245, i use CMB pipe)

How much nitro i should used that engine runs well? And what is good head clearance?.... What kind of glow plugs?

I'd run at least 50%, prefer 60%. .010" to .012" on the head clearance is good for starters with a McCoy MC-9 plug. What kind of boat? sport 40? B)

I'd start with an Octura 1455 to get dialed in & work your way up to a 1457 or 1655. B)

That pipe looks awful long, how long is it from the center line of the engine to the weld in the pipe?

Where is the pressure tap for the fuel pressure?? I saw something that looks like it is connected to rear of pipe next to the antenna?? Water silencing perhaps? Pressure tap ideally should be a fat part of pipe belly. When you say 10" is that from the centerline of the motor's cylinder to the weld on the fat part of pipe?

Yes,The pressure tap is rear of the pipe....It`s not water gooled.must to put pressure tap to belly.

What is wrong with engine,,,,if i have run only 20% nitro the glow plugs will purn out very quikly.I use O.S plug number R8. It´s guite gold. Is the head capacity too small???.....who knows

Yes,The pressure tap is rear of the pipe....It`s not water gooled.must to put pressure tap to belly.

So you're drawing your pressure from the muffling can. Hmmmm, won't say it can't be done but I'd move it to the fat part of the pipe belly. I'm wondering if you have sufficent pressure at upper rpm's. If not the motor can go lean & kill plugs. I have no personal experience with OS plugs but hear the elements are not as tough as McCoy. Try moving the pressure tap & use a McCoy MC-9 for a plug & let us know what happens. I'm going to bet the motor will be very rich once you relocate the pressure tap & you will need to lean it down. B)

I will drive at the weekend. in fact ,the time when i can to runs is end very soon,because winter is coming and then all lakes are frozened.I´m from Finland
