CMB 27 Alpha EVO

Looking for the proper type/size spanner wrench for securing the flywheel to remove collet nut on the Alpha EVO engine? The pin holes appear to be approx. .128" (4mm) ID ? 

Is this type of spanner (below) good?

My adjustable spanner came from Harbor Freight.  Pin diameter is much closer to the hole diameter.
