Chris:

We will be there sometime soon. The Real Estate Market is less than vibrant, so my ability to travel to races is curtailed. I even found out what it would cost me to fly to Midway, rent a car, get a motel and I was close to coming to Hobart. I will make it sometime soon. Remember, this is my old club that I still feel attached to.

Don't be surprised to see an Internats in Florida sometime before long too..... ;)

Speaking of a Macs 15cc pipe with a 1.01. I cant stop the pipe from sliding back. I am using a teflon coupler and today when I returned from a run, the pipe had slid back 1/2"!! Suggestions????

Thanks

Allen
Allen,

Had the same problem a while back, but not using teflon coupler. Went with silicone coupler, metal ty wraps so they didn't expand, with the high heat and a tight mount

on rear of pipe. Had a friend put some spot welds on header and pipe to help hold the coupling material.

Got my 7/8th" thick wall coupler material from TimothyJones on this site, best I can recommend.

You can get metal ty wraps at Home Depot.
