canard flaps for the '89 miss circus circus

guys, my left/right canard flaps (aluminum) keep cracking???? right where the three bolts hold them in,, any suggestions on preventing this.. thanks for your help... mike allen

THE FRITZ CANARD DOES NOT HAVE THEM.HAVE YOU CONSIDERED JUST REMOVING THEM? I BELIEVE THAT WILL FIT INTO THAT 10 % RULE

Sorry its from the Dumas kit, and i ordered 5 sets from them $1.25 each cant go wrong.... thanks for help...
