Built me one of those Zippkits monos, I like it!

I just got finished building the hull. I’ll finish it up when we get back from the Gas Nats! Cool little kit right out the box but if you know me, I had to put my own little twist on it, lol!!!

As long as there’s not a Twist… IN IT! . Looks great. That’s the SS Mono right? I think ZippKits really hit a home run with this hull and it’s affordable and easy to build within reason. Mario Johnston in my club has had some great success with these.

Yep, I have been talking to Mario before I ordered the kit and watching some of the videos he posted. The boat looked great on the water so I went ahead and pulled the trigger on the kit. Once I looked at the kit and read through the instructions, I was like I should be able to build this!! I started on it Monday and finished it up last night.
Hell, I hope it don’t have a twist in it!!! That would suck!
