I see that type vehicle for sale up here occasionally, Ron. Not necessarily Daihatsu though. Strictly off road legal in the states, or at least I haven't seen one that is Dept. of Hiway Safety approved for road use. No biggie, drive it in the toy hauler, go home (-;.

If those trucks were street legal I would have had one by now. I did see one on the street in Grand Rapids once but don't know how they got away with it.

in many places you can register a vehicle like that as a "kit car" or "self-built" so long as you don't buy it as a complete car. you get a rolling chassis and it's up to you to put in the powertrain. 's how people get to drive cars like the Ariel Atom on the road.

Nah, I don't watch that show. I found out that I have Velocity and now watch that one a lot now! They hid it here way up on channel 800.

That would be a job for the Ass Monkey guys.
