I have been holed up in the house for the better part of 2 weeks with a nasty head/chest cold... We officially postponed New Years @ the Huff household until I can get over this crap...
Wendy is braced and ready so I should have the flyer out soon...

Lets get going........ Some of the small club races are getting left in the dust due to the Larger Events Early Planning & advertising. The prime races dates for 2008 are getting gobbled up quickly....... Vision....... NITRO in the air soon. Thanks for the heads up, Time to get those frequency`s in order......ITS COMING!!!!!

Any idea if the first GP is gonna be at our pond? Do they have water down south yet to have the event down there?

How is the hull handling the additional HP? I have only seen one Gen II run (Scotty's) and it ran very well. Just follow the Yellow Seaducer Cat and everything will be just fine!
I don't know... I'll E-mail Jim and see what the status of Kem's pond is... I'll let you know.

It seemed to handle the power pretty good....alot better then the Gen1 did. I didnt get to run it much due to the cooling issues, so when i did put it in the water it was only for a lap or two and the water was pretty calm, but i played with the strut to get it to loosen up and it still stuck right to the water. So i dont think there will be too much of a problem keeping the boat on the water with more in the water with the strut set back down. I think i may still be overpowering it a bit to stay full throttle huggin the buoys, so ill have to figure that out.... but it should be very competitive in 08How is the hull handling the additional HP? Might try heading back down to the pond saturday to test some more. Hoping my new 6717 prop comes in to try on it. Also just finished my stryker cat so wanna throw it in and see what it does.. thinkin of running it in offshore.

atlanta pond is fine.... theres even enough water in the dock for the retrieve boat again. And the sub buoys are UNDER water! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Soon the sun will be out, the temps in the 70`s, (hopefuly not the 30`s like 2005) BBQ smoke will fill the air, ....... NITRO in the Pines @ ATLANTA 2008.........
