Astro 25 4t or 5t

A friend at the cottage wants to build a Dave Frank Oh boy oberto 12 cell hydro to set up just for fun and has 2 marine 25 cobalts kicking around. Which would be more suited for 12 cell hydro SET UP 4 turn or 5 turn motor?

I would think the 4 turn for all out speed, the E-RCU guys use the 5T and are getting into the 40's for a 1/10th scale hydro on 12 cells.... they are turning a 447prop BTW
