I traded one of my zenoahs for this a few weeks ago and do not have anything to put it in so need to sell it. Here is the story as I got it from the previous owner. First let me say that I sent Andy Brown an email to try to confirm whether the owner had in fact sent it to him for the work but did not receive an answer, I am sure Andy gets that stuff a lot and did not really expect a return on it. Anyway, here is what has been done:
New piston and sleeve. Sleeve has been shimmed .0012 and the headbutton has no shims.
New ball bearings on both ends of the crankcase, and new bearing on the drum rotor.
New needle bearings from a cmb on the bottom of the rod. They are free floating and not in a cage
The engine looks almost new on the outside and inside except for a couple of marks on the case where the exhaust spring made a mark
Price$285 shipped in the US.
