You don't have to unsweat anything. You have aa mile of pipe sticking out.
You cut the whole valve off by cutting the pipe back and using a compression type valve.
Measure the length and get new flexible SS line to replace what is there. Or if you like the solid copper those are cheap in tbe same section of store. Bend cut install.
