The tiewrap is because of the way i shake, because of my Parkinson's disease, i actually bumped the bottom of the Tx against the driver's stand railing. The battery actually fell out and came unplugged. Luckily, the boat died, instead of crashing. The cap is off the left side of the Tx, but i have it. The batteries are nickelmetal hydride 6v packs, and read as discharged. I don't know what the difference is between the R603FF and R603FS are, but they are 3 channel. The R604FS. Rx are 4 channel. I purchased this equipment new. Make a reasonable offer
