I have - wifes - 2011 Chevy Cruze 1.8l that has developed a misfire at idle and on accel - flashing mil and tcs light -

Changed the leaking VC gasket - 3 plug wells where full of oil- and the plugs. But it still has a flashing mil and tcs light.

Any suggestions ?? Still has a miss at idle _ dead hole miss - till its over 2000rpm and cleans up. cleans up off load ( neutral) also.
Andy,

Your original post stated the plug wells were full of oil, the misfire will return as soon as they fill up again, head/cover seals and o rings.

Its a hemispherical type head Joe- so the VC Gasket is that sealing surface, and yes- I replaced it , the new coil pack included the top boot seals and base rubbers.
