Running great!
10-4 on that TerryLooks great!
Cut the water back some more and fatten the needle and it will run as fast or faster and not take plugs.
No biggie. Regardless you're doing it right and Its looking goodThis boat is the G2 model with a couple of modifications by me. The tub is shorter on G2.Did you cut the bait box off the back?
The later version (GT) has a longer foot print to improve performance in heat racing water.
My Bad
In an early post I identified the boat as a JAE 21GT
It is a JAE 21G2
Thanks DavidImpressive
Thanks Danny, starting to find the next levelRunning great!
Thank you MikeBoat sounds wicked and looks great
give me a callTom,
You keep gaining on it. Not much more and you will be ready
to go. The 17/45s will throw 7% more water though. Maybe
You need a little more RPM? Nice lap times. I thought 10%
more was going to drop the RPM a little more. The engine
is running Very Well with that pipe. I have another idea to try?
I calculated 34,146 rpm with 21% slippage rate good for 82 mph.
Thanks For Sharing,
Mark Sholund
You come out and help me and we will get er done.Lets get this rocket to 90
Tell ya what, ill just drop in one day and will share notesTom, In my opinion You are doing this in the way a that it should be done. every one on here including me should take the time and effort to do this. I don't think alot of them here know what is involved, pass after pass keeping notes and doing the math. I am sure with all this effort you have a personal goal. Keep it up this is great reading and great videos.
Oh ya also when your done I will give $19.99 U.S cash for your notes....lol
Radar had me at 82mph.Do you know how fast it's going?
Looks to be in the 70's anyway...
Thanks for sharing your documentation on my passes. That checks out as early in the vid I noted peak rpm.
If 15% slip 86.8 mph / total pitch 3.42" / average Doppler
before and after camera mic 34,358 rpm. Many passes
all in the 33.6k + range.
