Aeromarine sport 40 questions

I have one, and I would like to know what the problems are with this boat? I've heard turning and not running straight. Mine hasn't been run yetand is up for sale due to health problems. If it doesn't sell maybe I can get someone to take it out. All that b/s aside what are the problems and how might they be cured w/o buying another boat.

I ran one as a first boat in sport 40 many years ago. One problem I had was turning left. It did not like it. Other then that its not a bad running boat.
