Damn it man, I cant find the part I just built. Been looking for 20 mins. Made a new carb arm for my nova 91. Had it all done but the hole for the ball. Was setting up to drill that and POOF. Ambra cadbra and gone..............

So this time I cut out 2 blanks. Was finishing up the first one when it slipped out of my hand and hit the belt sander to be flung to the far reaches of my shop to never be seen again. So number 3 it is. This one with no problems. Just as Im going to install it in the boat I find the first one right where I looked at least a half a dozen times the first go round. LOL It was sitting on the top of the boat right at the engine well/radio box bulk head. Figures, right where I left it.

Speaking of snakes!..Killed a 5 foot Rattle snake today.

Did you cook him up ??/ Mikes story reminds me of so many small things lost in the shop never to be seen again . One that was a classic , as kids playing with the jetting on a Honda 125 in a dimly lit garage we were pressing the tiny Jet Needle clip off like a thousand times before and zing ! off into the darkest corners of the garage . Without that clip no riding ! We found it with a flashlight a few hours later !
