I am always amused that people today use language improperly and don't understand possessive pronouns, sentence structure and syntax etc.
My favourite examples are often news reports where an "on the spot" reporter breathlessly says "A man has robbed a McDonalds store armed with a knife". I have yet to see a McDonalds store armed with a knife so perhaps they meant "A man, armed with a knife, robbed a McDonalds store".
So today I had another chuckle when reading a Facebook Marketplace ad for a used car. The author reported all of the car's features and ended with the sentence - "One lady owner serviced regularly".
I am pleased for her but it won't convince me to buy her car.
