How does a supporting member turn off advertisements and access private forums/threads?

Go into your profile. Under "Preferences" there is an option to disable advertising if you are a supporting member.

I turned them off this morning myself. It works.

Yes It works go to preferences then a list will come,,push disable advertising

Your profile name does not show you as a Supporting Member with a badge. Paying for the supporting member status lets you turn off the advertisements from what I can tell. Go to your profile and select "Account Upgrades". From there you can select if you want to pay for Supporting member status. Scroll all the way to the bottom to see if you already purchased and it expired.

Same goes for Danny and Sam.
