45 VAC updates

I have two new items to update your 45 VAC motors:

*New drums that are balanced and have different timing numbers. The original ramped drum closed too late we felt. New ones close at 65* ATDC. Last fall, I ran one of these and gained 3mph on the straits.

*New Turbo Heads. Steve Odonnell recommended that I run turbo plugs (289T). I tried one last fall also and found that I had absolutely no detonation set at .008". Head is the same volume as the stock head and has the same depth. There is no need to change the shim thickness from the stock head.

No, but I have a few left in stock. Drum looks like the 67 drum internally. No aluminum ramp. A balancing groove has been machined on the flange.
