Tony, Gil is spot on. dremel with a cutting wheel works great. I think my flywheel is a Solinger.

Here's a few pics of my 18 tz

I took it out of my 1/10 sprint car and converted to potential boat use.

Tower hobbies has the correct crankshaft if you don't want to cut the old one. They have the flywheels too. Also cut all the fins off the cooling head down to 3, it will still run cold if you run it a little rich. I have one in a JAE 12 stock and it runs in the 50's and sometimes it will end upside down!!!!

the .18 engine sounds great and so does a .21 engine..... but 50mph with other .12's doing the same thing is fun.

the flywheel is under the 18cv motor but will work with the tz motor. I have it on two of my tz motors. the crankshaft listed above does not have the pull start tip on it. I run both my engines with belt start and have removed the pull start and replaced with a back plate. look up these two motors on tower hobbies and you will find all the parts. also, i've cut all the cooling fins off down to the last three. it still cools fine. hope this helps.

Tony, the only problem I've had with the two tz's i have is that after a while the o ring in the mixture needle will wear and allow the mixture screw to change while running, mine leans itself. as a quick fix I use a piece of fuel line cut as small as possible and put in the place of the o ring, works good. They are tough little motors.
