I've got an old K&B 3.5 inboard which I'd like to get back on the water. Someone had a pic posted online of a monoplane running a .21 Leo marine inboard with a Graupner water-jet drive (Model 2344). That boat also had a clutch which was adjusted to allow the revs to come up before engaging, making the takeoffs more realistic.

Can anyone suggest a clutch that will fit a K&B 3.5 Marine?

Thanks.

Thanks for the response. I've been looking at some of the R/C car clutch parts and I'm certain that something out there can be made to fit. IIRC, there were K&B car engines back when R/C cars first began to catch on big in the late '70s or early '80s. Guess I need to visit a hobby shop that has lots of nitro car/buggy parts and see if I can match some parts.

There was one such set-up a few years back advertised in RCBM. I don't remember who sold it or if they are still in business though.
