Just want to let all know, for planning purposes of your race schedule this year, that the 2011 Fall Nationals, hosted by the Charleston Model Boaters, is scheduled for Oct 7 - 9th. It is a 3 day race starting on Friday morning and ending on Sunday afternoon. There will be a 225 boat entry limit but with fill-ins in classes that are not full, we should be about 300 - 315 boats entered. The CMB club is hosting a race (World OB Tunnel Champs) later this month and a smaller district Grand Prix race in late May. When these 2 races are finished, the Fall Nationals race will be announced and open for entries. This is expected to be in late June. The 2010 Fall Nationals sold out in 17 days and the early interest for the 2011 race is greater than the 2010 race.
