PLEASE NOTE RACE DATE HAS CHANGED
Hey Gang,
Due to circumstances beyond our control we are being forced to reschedule the
2011 Atlanta Spring Nationals. We are pushing the event date back to
May 14th and 15th. We realize many of you have already turned in vacation requests, planned travel, booked hotel rooms, etc… We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience the rescheduling may cause. We are pushing the event back four weekends to hopefully allow those still wanting to attend a chance to make the necessary arrangements. Unfortunately this weekend may overlap other events, and we certainly understand if those chasing District points decide to stay and race closer to home. This is a no win situation for all involved.
Anyone wishing to withdraw from the event due to the rescheduling will receive a full refund of their entry fees and any prepaid T-Shirt monies. If your funds have already been deposited we will cut you a check from the club till and mail it to you. If your check has not been deposited we will simply return it to you. We are extending the same courtesy to all trophy and raffle sponsors.
If you would like to withdraw from the event and receive a refund please E-mail me at [email protected] . Please do not PM me or reply to this thread. To eliminate any chance of missed communication we want to keep everything flowing to one point of contact.
To those that can accommodate the new event date, there is nothing more you need to do. We have all of your information on file and you are all set from an entry perspective. We realize that not everyone checks the forums so we will be contacting all entrants via personal E-mail and/or Telephone ASAP to advise of the changes.
I have attached the revised entry form and sponsorship letter for reference. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
