Dear JT1,
For illustration, I bought a Microburst 20 hull, complete with all Speedmaster hardware, shaft and all, for around US$230- a month ago, and I am not located in the States and that means we have to pay at least 50% more money for the same item compare to a guy in the States. That hull helped the ex-owner get 5 gold medals in local race, and he is the technical guy who helped setup the boat to win one of the FSRV World Champ. For the money I spent, I got a nice boat hull, performance guaranteed, and the ex-owner even helped me setup the boat again for a full day to fine tune the performance and make sure I am happy about it. Needless to say I am very satisfied.
So I think if you are eager to sell your hull you should lower the price a bit, or post a photo at least for prospective buyer to see if your hull is really worth the price you are asking for. Some guy said you should post it in e-bay, but I think it would be further waste of your money and time if you keep your asking price firm at this level...guys in e-bay are not silly nowadays... Its all supply and demand.
Just my 2 cents....
