Looking great Glenn B)

Far cry from this old girl -

Sorry for a stupid question , but why so much right hand offset in the drivelines ?

Andy
Hey Andy, the offset is to get more space between the prop and the rudder. I also like a little more weight on the inside of the turns and it helps pipe mounting with the pipe right over the side instead of hanging out away from it.

It is cool seeing that picture of my old SAW boat, actually that has been my fastest with many passes over 80...thanks!

Glenn

I had to dig deep for that one Glen ;)

My first SAWS at Valdosta , 05-06 maybe.

When you had clean water , that old boat hauled the mail B)

I had to laugh at the sponsons though :p

New builds look great.

Andy

my guess.... more room in the radio box???

Yes! It may be hard to tell between the two pictures, but the SAW boat is much smaller. The new boats in this post are normal heat racing size.

Glenn

any speed difference in the wire vs cable drive? thanks btw the boats look great!
Thanks Martin. I have only run them once and the water was really rough. I plan on doing some comparisons between the wire/cable, "S" bend/single bend, etc.
