.12 rigger and motor race legal setups

I was just on firefighter boats web site and you talk about the cheese hydroplane but I see they have a blazzin plan also. Which one is better? Or differences?

I have had both boats, I asked Tom for the changes to the cheese boat. They both run Great, the blazzin is a little sleeker, but the cheese boat I wanted to have all my servos standing up and a little more area for fuel.... I carry almost 6oz in my cheese boat.... never gotta worry about burning time on the clock at the race or if i gotta do another lap. I do have a metal tank in my cheese boat. I also have a Glenn Quarles engine and a Andy Brown AB15N pipe.... love the combo, run a 1440 detounged ,back cut and the trailing edges tweaked a bit.

I will be making my own .12 design this fall I hope.... I got the boat drawn up already just need to get moved finally before I start..... ohhh and need a little bit of $$$

If a couple of people would like to buy just the laser cut wood for the Lightning .12's I will have some cut. Price would be around $65.00 The lightning .12 is close to the cheese design. But it is different. I can also supply a cowl for another $25.00

Yeah I really like the Lightning 12. Mine runs really good with a Nova 12 and one of Glenn Quarles' Texan pipes.
