1/8th Scale Circus Canard FOR SALE

I am selling a 1/8th scale circus canard for a friend. He never ran it, but purchased it from Paul Jackson a few years ago (Paul built it). Comes ready to run, minus a radio. Has Muck pipe, cmb green head, fuel tanks, and a custom stand out of honeycomb (needs assembly). The seller would like $1,300 plus $400 for shipping to CONUS only. What condition is the green head in?
In front of the tank is that duct tape square weight?

The duct tape square is more of a spacer than a weight. I did not tare down his motor, so I can not speak on the condition. I know he never fired it from purchasing it from Paul Jackson so I would believe it is in good shape. But if you like i can talk with my friend and get it to break down and check out.
