It's easy to make Phil.1/8th inch is usually 11-12 layers of 6oz. cf cloth. Just get a couple of pieces of alum angle at home depot, wax and coat with your mold release, West it and clamp it. Let cure in a warm room for 24 hours. You might have an hour into it. You can make a 4' piece for about $30. Not counting the alum angle
