09 Fall Nationals archives are finished

It took a little longer to get these done but I think it will be a lot easier for people to find their race. I seperated first by round and then by classes. The reasoning behind this is:

A: to make it easier for racers to find their heat

B: people who did not attend the race can view specific classes

C: newcomers can see what boats look like in specific classes

Let me know what you think about how it is set up, it will also make the fast forward and rewind buttons to appear as most of the clips are no longer than 10 minutes. Once the file dowloads the buttons are active.
