Hello All Thanks very much for all the ideas. I will take a look at the brass liner because I am adding a oiler but done a little differently then Wennie (I am not that good to do what Wennie has done, beautiful work Wennie) I will post pictures once I figure it all out....

I have a lawless Lower unit and was wondering if someone knows what the best shaft liner I should use . 1) The Teflon one that comes with it. 2) 1/4" brass tube formed to fit the lower. 3) A 1/4" Stainless Steel tube formed to fit the lower. Any advise would be awesome. Thanks Joe

This is a very well thought out design that as I build it I am impressed with the fitment of the parts and the strength of this center section. I had to add some of my own ideas to the build and so I fired up my CAD and CNC and did some extra stuff......
