    Novarossi .21 one off

Rod, It's yours. PM incoming. To answer other questions. It uses all DD parts except for the crank and back plate. They are conventional 180* parts. I have several Grim built CMB's, this was the odd one out. Just trying to streamline the parts collection.

    Novarossi .21 one off

Glenn built this for me. It's a .21 DD converted to 180 exhaust. All the great DD parts with a different crank and back plate. Runs great, good compression and bearings. Only has a gallon through it. Going a different direction. $275 shipped.

    Total Boat Epoxy

I'm a big fan of the Resin Research pro series. The physical properties are the best I've found, on par with the German made MGS 285 series but at a 1/4 the cost. My .02

Just a thought...and....don't get your panties in a knot..:-)

I'm with Charles on this one. If you're going to play at the top end, engineer the boat to operate safely within the limits of the race site. Shortening the course to 200' only buys you an extra 65' at each end. With the speed gains we're seeing, it won't be long before the sites are too short...

Anything Good Happening At Legg Lake?

The logging sure cuts down on burnt up parts. Makes for a really good on the water prop dyno. The new Q boat is an evolution of the hulls Mike and Tyler have. Similar to the difference between Mike B's red/white boat and the current Raptor, more footprint and better balance. It's going to be a...

Anything Good Happening At Legg Lake?

Terry, That's my new Q boat. It hit the water for the first time that day. I think that was only it's third run. Ran a 17.8 with it by the end of the day, but it's way off as far as setup goes. It's going to be really scary once I get the bugs out. Let's not talk about the driving, I couldn't...

    KEP's FE-4S P-Open Freebie Drawings

Bob, If the new boat runs like others on spec power, an ABC 1817-17 would be a good place to start if running the 2030 kV motor. You'll need to prop up if you're running one of the lower kV motors.

    Brushless questions

The OP is talking about a tiny boat. A 28 series leopard or 11 series Neu would be appropriate.
