I observed this method at the last NAMBA Nats at the Las Vegas pond. I couldn't believe how far some of these guys could throw, boats were in before a retrieve boat could get to the dead boat. Not the best method for broken boats.

Ronnie what model RR do you have, what year? The current RRs have 1/16 or so toe on the turn fin R sponson and L sponson is set wider than the R. Your best source would be Ralph Almirola or Joe Warren. I will look and see if I have the set up info for mine , my is currently in a friends trailer.

Mikey can you explain why not to use the CMB Needles. I myself mostly use the Don F and Bob Vs needles, however about 15 years ago I did use a CMB needle in a 67 powered 1/8 scale and had no issues. You would think that CMB would have stopped providing the needles if they thought the performance...

Just for info: The 1.5 x 7.8 mm that Al has will fit the CMB 67/80 engines. The VAC 45 motors use a 1.5mm diameter but the length is shorter so they will not work. Like Al says measure your motors needles to be sure about what you need.

Looking for a outrigger Hydro Motor Mount for a rigger rebuild project.Speedmaster Universal would be best. Drilled for a 67/80 CMB would be fine.
